Gutto Yamagata (Yamagata City)
Burritos, a Buyeo specialty, are what sparked the B-grade gourmet trend. They are produced by Sanso Murata, one of Buyeo's three major restaurants. The fluffy dough and rich cream give the burrito a delicate and elegant texture. B-speak has fans all over the country. They can sell out on weekends, so if you want to be sure to get one, we recommend making a reservation in advance. The store also sells rich cheesecakes and various chocolates.
